pwa.mobi is an open repository of Progressive Web Apps operated by Simple Minds. By using this website or submitting to the registry, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain language — no legalese.
1. What pwa.mobi Is
pwa.mobi is a free, open repository that indexes Progressive Web Apps submitted by their developers. We do not host, distribute, or sell any applications. We provide a discovery layer — a curated list of URLs pointing to apps that third-party developers own and operate.
Simple Minds operates pwa.mobi as an open initiative. The registry is publicly available on GitHub under an open source license.
2. Using the repository
You may browse and use the pwa.mobi repository freely, for any lawful purpose. When you click through to a listed PWA, you leave pwa.mobi and enter a third-party application. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or functionality of any listed application.
Before using any listed app, especially those that handle payments or personal data, we encourage you to review that app's own terms and privacy policy.
3. Submitting to the Registry
Developers may submit their PWAs for listing by opening a Pull Request to our public GitHub registry. By submitting, you confirm that:
- You own or have authorized rights to the domain and application you are submitting
- The information in your submission is accurate and not misleading
- Your application does not contain malware, phishing content, or deceptive functionality
- Your application complies with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where it operates
- You will keep your listing accurate and notify us of material changes
4. Our Trust Badge
The pwa.mobi verification badge indicates that an application passed our automated audit and human review at the time of listing. It is not a guarantee of ongoing security, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. Applications are subject to re-audit and the badge may be removed if standards are no longer met.
Simple Minds makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding any listed application.
5. Removal of Listings
We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: audit failure, user reports of malicious behavior, violation of these terms, or impersonation of another brand or service.
Developers may request removal of their own listing at any time by opening a GitHub issue.
6. Intellectual Property
The pwa.mobi name, logo, and website design are owned by Simple Minds. The registry data (app metadata submitted by developers) is published under CC0. The audit tooling is MIT licensed. All listed app names, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Limitation of Liability
pwa.mobi and Simple Minds are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simple Minds shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this website, any listed application, or any submission to the registry.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of pwa.mobi after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in our Discord community.
