Privacy Policy
We believe in privacy by design. pwa.mobi collects the minimum data necessary to operate the registry. We do not sell data, run ads, or track users across the web. Here is exactly what we collect and why.
1. Who We Are
pwa.mobi is operated by Simple Minds. For privacy-related questions, contact us at privacy@pwa.mobi.
2. Data We Collect
2a. Website Visitors
When you browse pwa.mobi, our Nginx server logs standard request data:

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics service. We do not build user profiles.
2b. PWA Submitters (Developers)
When you submit a PWA to our registry via GitHub Pull Request, the following data becomes part of the public registry:
- Your GitHub username (public)
- Your app's name, description, URL, and metadata (public)
- Your developer name or company name (public)
- Your submission date (public)
The following data is collected privately and not published:
- Your contact email address (used only for registry-related communications)
By submitting to the registry, you consent to the public data above being included in our open registry, which is hosted on GitHub and available under CC0 license.
2c. Discord Community
If you join our Discord server, Discord's own privacy policy applies to your data there. We do not export or store Discord user data outside of Discord.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect payment information of any kind
- We do not track you across other websites
- We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels
- We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data
- We do not collect data from children under 13
4. Third-Party Services
pwa.mobi uses the following third-party services:

When you click through to a listed PWA, you leave pwa.mobi entirely. That app's own privacy policy governs what data they collect.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to any personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (for public registry listings, open a GitHub issue)
- Object to processing of your data

6. Data Security
pwa.mobi is served exclusively over HTTPS. Our servers are hosted on Google Cloud Platform in secured, access-controlled environments. Server logs are stored for 30 days and then automatically deleted. We apply security best practices including regular updates and access controls.
7. GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interest (server security logs) and consent (registry submissions). For GDPR-related requests, contact privacy@pwa.mobi.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in our Discord community. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
